Dead Man Down

Here we have Colin Farrell's latest film. He stars along with Noomi Rapace and Terrance Howard in a thriller that, initially I thought was set in the UK due its damp, grey appearance..
Mr Farrell plays a strong, silent henchman working for Mob Boss Terrance Howard. Naomi Rapace is the scarred neighbour who is thrown into the mix with a pretty dodgy plot device. In fact there's a few pretty dodgy plot points which I won't go into..

The film ticks along at a slow pace.  The trailer gave the impression it was an action film and half way through it was clear this wasn't the case. It wasn't a bad film.. but it wasn't a particularly good film. I'll probably have forgotten about in a couple of weeks.
