This is my second film today. I can still remember (with fondness I might add!) the Sam Rami Spider-man and that was always in the back of my mind during this one. This definitely hindered my enjoyment of the film. The special effects were on par with most super hero movies of this budget and Andrew Garfield was a convincing Spider-man.
